1-Day Replacement Policy

You are eligible to request a replacement within 1 day of receiving your order.

Important Conditions

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. All product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Replacements are only processed after inspection.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return or replacement request.

Partial Prepaid + Cash on Delivery Orders

  • The ₹79 partial-prepaid fee for COD orders is non-refundable.
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the partially prepaid amount can be used for future purchases.

Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement

A replacement will be approved only for the following situations, verified via unboxing video:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product received

Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

The following scenarios will not qualify:

  • Items washed, damaged, or used by the customer
  • Items not returned with original box, packaging, and inserts
  • Items not in original condition

To qualify for replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all inserts intact, and returned in original packaging.

Additional Guidelines

Based on shared photos and unboxing videos, our team will make the final decision on replacement eligibility.

  • A flat ₹100 return fee applies for approved size-related returns (only when accepted).
  • For prepaid orders where delivery fails, refunds will be added to your in-store wallet after deducting shipping charges.
  • Sanvika Store is not responsible if the customer overpays the delivery agent without checking the COD amount.
  • Requests made after the 1-day window will not be entertained.

Approved returns will receive credit only in the form of an in-store wallet balance, discount code, or gift card.

Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds to bank/UPI will be issued only when:

    • The order is delayed by multiple weeks, or
    • The customer repeatedly receives incorrect or damaged items

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Enter your order details (order number + phone/email).
  2. Select the return/replacement option.
  3. Upload clear photos and the mandatory unboxing video.
  4. If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup.
  5. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we will issue store credit or a replacement.

If courier pickup is unavailable for your location: You must courier the product to us manually. A replacement will be sent after receiving and inspecting the item.

Damages or Wrong Item Received

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

Prompt communication helps us resolve issues faster.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible). Once accepted, place a fresh order for the item you want.
